Tammy Banks, Associate Broker, is a 26 year veteran in the real estate industry.  She has represented clients all over Southern Utah in numerous real estate transactions including Residential, Commercial, Land and Farms, Cattle Ranches, Water Rights, Builders/Developers, you name it!  Her passion for this beautiful area has allowed her to build a solid foundation of clients throughout greater Southern Utah through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients needs first. Tammy believes in working hard and going above and beyond for her clients’ satisfaction.

Having deep roots in this beautiful area she calls home, Tammy is a 6^th generation family member to many who helped establish the communities of Cedar City, UT and Enoch, UT.  She was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of what is now known as Southern Utah University and afterward began work in the real estate profession.  No deal is too small or too big for Tammy as she works endlessly to help her clients hopes and dreams become a reality. The many repeat clients and friendships she has made are some of her greatest treasures.
